Mr. Tim Armstrong has over 40 years of process experience in petrochemicals, refining and sulfur recovery. Previous activities have included consulting, process design management, process design, project management and project engineering. Mr. Armstrong's experience includes operations technical service and engineering, as well as operating plant supervision. Mr. Armstrong has extensive experience with process safety and process safety systems in petroleum refineries and has been a presenter at sulfur seminars and amine conferences starting in 1991. Mr. Armstrong holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Rose Polytechnic Institute. Work History:
